How to make the
Popsicle Stick Math Game

  • First, place stickers on the craft sticks
  • If you are using 10″ giant craft sticks, you will be able to place up to 12 stickers on one craft stick
  • For a bit more of a challenge, create addition problems on the craft sticks
  • Use two different colors of stickers and be sure to place the addition sign in-between
  • Place finished craft sticks in a bucket or basket
  • Using a marker, write the corresponding numbers on clothespins
  • Place the craft sticks in a bucket and place in a tray
  • Lay the clothes pins inside the tray
  • Introduce the game to your child!
  • Invite your child to take out a craft stick from the bucket and clip on the correct numbered clothespin!
  • Continue until all popsicle sticks have been clipped with a clothespin!
  • This is a great game to set up and leave out for your child to play with whenever they like!
  • Simply add the popsicle sticks  and the clothespins to little buckets
  • Set both buckets inside a tray
  • Keep the tray out and visible for your child to be able to independently use!
