Fall Spelling Game for Kids

Download print and cut the word and picture cards (download link below)
Pick a word and picture from the Fall Printable Set
Spell the word (in this case pumpkin) randomly across a paper towel

Download print and cut the word and picture cards (download link below)
Fill in the rest of the paper towel with random letters
Line a tray or pan with a plain paper towel
Next, set the paper towel with the letters written on it inside the tray
Clip four clothespins on the back side of the tray or pan
Add the picture card and corresponding word card to the clothespins
Invite your child to play!
Encourage your child to use the squirt bottle and spell the word on the word card by spraying each letter in the correct order
When finished-ask your child to tell you what letters they sprayed
Keep playing!
Pick another word to spell
Add a new paper towel with the corresponding letters written on it
Place the new word and picture card on the clothespins
Play again!
