Dip paintbrush into a small bowl of water
“Paint” the entire paper with water
Next, add tissue paper squares to the wet paper
Encourage your child to continue adding tissue paper squares
If the paper starts to dry, re-wet with the paint brush
Once your child is finished, leave the paper out to dry overnight
Once fully dry-simply ask your child to wipe off the dried tissue paper squares
