Every few months, invite your child to draw a picture of themselves. Then see how their self portrait drawing abilities develop over time.
Self portraits for kids are a great way to see your child’s drawing abilities develop over time. These adorable portraits also make for very endearing keepsakes!
Every few months have your child draw a self-portrait and see how their ability changes!  
 
Ask your child to tell you about their portrait when they are finished.  Write what they say on a note card and keep it with the drawing.
 
Proudly display their self portrait somewhere in your home!
